A Colorful Palette

Having rented various spaces over the past 7 years, I’ve lived with quiet white walls. Color is an important feature of my future home.  Lilypad’s paint palette includes Sand Dune, Saffron Spice, Sage Green, Woven Jute and a sufficiently sparkly metallic Copper Penny.  My entry door will soon blossom with a splashy purple, my beautiful mum’s favorite color.

In addition to the recent painting and sealing the exterior trim and interior, a Copper Penny curved roof from Taylor Metal was installed today.  Super huge gratitude to Tim of TB Quality Construction for his kindness, his expertise and taking on a “tiny” roofing job.  The new copper top is stunning!
